All-New Virtual Staging Designs Released for 2021

Stuccco.com just updated its virtual staging design library for 2021. This library of photo-realistic 3D models of furniture and decor is used by Stuccco's designers to virtually stage photos of properties on behalf of real estate agents.

Today's update marks the biggest single update that the company has ever made to its virtual staging library. The update was made to improve the quality, consistency and freshness of the virtually staged photos that the company's designers produce.

As a Realtor®, you want your listings to look as visually impressive to buyers as possible. With that in mind, today’s update represents the biggest improvement that Stuccco has made to its library of 3D models since 2015. Stuccco Virtual Staging customers will continue to be able to choose from seven popular design styles when placing orders on Stuccco. The design styles are:

The new room design collections are categorized by design style and room type to ensure that each property's virtually staged photos have a consistent look and feel to make the photos appear realistic and appeal to buyers.

In 2020, working from - and streaming movies and shows at - home became commonplace. Stuccco received a significant uptick in requests to virtually stage home offices and basements and we expect this demand to hold steady, which is why today’s update also includes 35 new home office designs and 35 new basement designs.

If you are a Stuccco Virtual Staging customer and you want your new virtual staging orders to use these all-new designs, you do not need to do anything different. Continue to place your virtual staging orders in the same way (upload your property photos, share your design instructions, select your preferred design style, etc.). Once your order is received, your designer will use the new designs when virtually staging your photos.
